The ESDC Compensation Services Directorate is here to support our employees with questions and/or concerns regarding their pay. Our primary goal is to offer complementary services to those offered by the Public Service Pay Centre at PSPC, ensuring employees feel fully supported.  While PSPC is the primary service provider, we are pleased to offer assistance in the following circumstances reinforcing our vision to provide seamless services to our employees through four pillars of support:

  • Support to employees and managers with pay-related questions and those experiencing an issue with their pay
  • Additional Compensation Advisors to process pay transactions related to certain types of extended leave without pay, retirements and resignations of ESDC employees.
  • Sending information and documentation to the Pay Centre via Trusted Source and/or entries of HR data for integration to the Phoenix Pay System
