Human Resources Service Centre (HRSC)

The Human Resources Service Centre (HRSC) serves as the single point of contact for ESDC managers for all human resources services and for certain pay related activities.

Initially limited to employees with a supervisory role, the employee can now submit a Pay escalation issue, request assistance with a myEMS (PeopleSoft) module, send a conflict of interest disclosure and, initiate his own separation process for a temporary or permanent departure.

The Human Resources Service Centre is currently reviewing its service standards and developing a triage methodology to process requests based on the Effective Date and pay window. These new measures are designed to increase the number of requests forwarded to the Pay Centre in a timely manner. We remind you to always submit your service requests at least 25 days in advance.
