Moderated by Sara Filbee, ADM, Atlantic Region and ESDC’s Mental Health Champion; and Marie-Claude Pelletier, Director General, College@ESDC, the panel discussion featured Lori Sterling, Deputy Minister of Labour; Luce Fortin, the Director General of l’Apogée, a Gatineau-based organization that provides support to families whose loved ones are experiencing mental health difficulties; and Ann-Marie O’Brien, an adjunct professor at the Carleton University of School of Social Work and a social worker, with a focus on women’s mental health, at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre.
