The call for nominations for the 2021 Deputy Ministers’ Awards of Excellence is now closed.
Since the 2019 review of the DMAE process, Branches and Regions have aligned their ADM awards with those of the DMAE.
Therefore, the 2021 DMAE nominations that are not being retained by the DMAE Review Board will be considered and processed according to the respective Branch and Regional ADM processes as they deem appropriate.
Taking the time to recognize colleagues for their hard work, contributions and achievements on a day-to-day basis is a key element for employee engagement, which fosters a healthy workforce and instilling a culture of recognition within ESDC.
