Although we know that a positive work environment is critical to our success, improper and unacceptable behaviors are still happening.

In some cases, seemingly minor incidents, if repeated and left unaddressed can grow into full on harassment.

It can start with an unresolved misunderstanding or a misuse of power.

We have zero tolerance for a culture that allows harassment to happen, that's why we're taking steps to prevent harassment and to support everyone in the workplace.

Harassers face serious consequences that range from discipline to dismissal.

Coming forward is not easy and it takes not just courage, but support.

The first step is learning how to recognize harassment.

If you're not sure, talk to the Harassment Centre of Expertise, go to their site on the intranet, the info there should help you.

80% of the time harassment occurs in front of others. If you are a witness, you have a role to play. A respectful workplace is everybody's business.

Whatever you decide to do, whether you are a witness or a victim, don't just accept the situation or ignore the behaviour.

There are many ways to take care of it.

You can be part of the solution.

Stand with us and pledge to speak up!
