Reminder
All EXs are required to register and enroll in the PSPM App. While EXs’ own performance agreements will not be managed in the application, they must register for two key reasons:
- To document and manage the performance agreements of any and all of their direct reports; and,
- To ensure they appear in the organizational structure that the PSPM App creates for every department and agency in the CPA. This will enable automated reporting on the status and results of employee performance management throughout the organization and across the CPA.
