Changing positions or departments

Changing positions/departments during the performance management cycle: results achieved should be discussed by the executive and his/her manager and documented in the PA module prior to an executive’s change of position. To document results, the executive selects Results Achieved from the Employee Index, enters results for each commitment and clicks on “submit results achieved”. The manager then provides comments, saves and signs. Comments will be available to the new manager. HRSB will make the updates in the reporting relationship or transfer the ETMS account to the new department.
