Classification is a strategic and innovative partner that offers expert advice and guidance on organizational design and classification of both EX and Non-EX positions, while finding the required flexibility and optimal options to help you, meet and deliver on your mandate and business priorities. The Organizational Design and Classification Centre of Expertise (ODCCE) also provides advice and guidance on modification of language profiles on positions as well as corporate classification.
