Service Standards

Requests are categorized into three (3) levels: simple, complex and unique requests.

  • Simple Requests have a service standard of 1 to 3 days. Examples include routine changes such as repairing broken links, small changes to existing pages and document replacement.
  • Complex Requests have a service standard of 3 to 5 days. These usually have a small degree of consultation with the client. Examples include: sub-section revamp, the addition of multimedia (such as: audio, video) content and large content revision.
  • Unique Requests have a flexible service standard that is determined case-by-case in consultation with the client. These include, but are not limited to, the creation of unique code, content tied to a project release and the creation of a new section on iService.

All requests are placed into a queue and are administered on a first-come, first-served basis. Exceptions to this are those requests deemed urgent. Requests submitted after hours, on weekends, or holidays will be placed in the maintenance queue on the next business day.
