Computer and Devices Service
Computer and Devices Service: provision, support, and refresh of workstations (be they PCs or laptops), related hardware and other devices such as monitors, printers, keyboards, mice, and multifunction devices, approved USB devices, and Portable Media.
This service ensures that ESDC employees are equipped with the IT equipment they need to do their work. It includes the management of all departmental IT hardware devices throughout their lifecycle (acquisition, deployment, support and disposal), in keeping with ESDC technology standards and directives. It includes network connectivity, local or remote (using Internet access), as required. This service also supports workstations located in conference and meeting rooms, and other locations.
