Data literacy is determining validity, accuracy and quality of data sources, and recognizing patterns to draw conclusions. A data literate workforce allows us to identify, collect, store, manage, analyze, share and use data to answer questions and provide decision makers with the right information about complex issues. This form of facilitated decision making can lead to significant gains for your organization, including lower operating costs and increased innovation in solutions identification.
