We will do our best to accommodate urgent tickets. However, due to unforeseen circumstances—heavy workloads, seasonal timing, and available staff, among other reasons—even urgent tickets may have to conform to our Service Standards.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that change requests are submitted with enough lead-time for completion before it's deadline.

Who can submit requests?

Any changes to content on iService must come from the Content Approvers, also known as Subject Matter Experts (SME).

If the person requesting the change is not on the table of authorities as a content approver for the content they are asking to have changed they must provide an email of approval from a Content Approver or Director.

Refer to the Table of Authorities to confirm that the requestor is a content approver.

How to submit changes

Requests must be sent to (NC-iSERVICE-WEB-GD@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca).

Request and Task Management

All submitted requests to the general delivery mailbox are managed by the Operations Coordinator.

Tasks are then assigned using Microsoft Outlook and the email conversations are categorized by the developer's name into a collection in the iService mailbox. Everyone is given access to the iService mailbox to read and respond to requests.
