Cellular, Mobile and Wireless Services (including Wi-Fi)

Cellular Phones:

  • Samsung S series and iPhones are available in the department, but only if your device is broken or otherwise needs replacing, or if you are a new employee and are required to have a cellular phone in order to access your work email.
  • Other models of cellular phones are available if you only need a basic cellular phone for calls/texting and do not require access to your work email.
  • ESDC is no longer distributing BlackBerry mobile phones. If you require a mobile phone with access to work email please submit an online request with the National Service Desk and you will be provided with the option of a Samsung or iPhone device.
  • To request a mobile phone, please view the comparison chart, complete the Cellular Device Request Form and submit it along with an online request to the National Service Desk.
