Manager to Manager Network (M2M) - Ambassador Profiles

Welcome to the M2M Ambassador Page!

Note: Access to the Manager to Manager Ambassador support is restricted to managers, irrespective of their group and level, as long as they are managing or supervising other employees. Managers may access the M2M Network without having to obtain any approvals.

On this page you will find the list of Ambassadors as well as their profiles.

Identification of the Ambassador is done by the manager through a self-matching process based on their bio-data posted on this page.

To identify an Ambassador, you may:

  1. Go to the names below to identify the Ambassador and their profile.
  2. Identify an Ambassador on any, or all, of the following parameters: the basis of their experience in areas of support, the Branch/Region where they are situated, the language they are most comfortable in and/or their work environment.
  3. Once you have identified the person you wish to connect with, please make note of their preferred method of communication.
  4. Important: please make sure that you do not convey any information of a confidential nature in your initial contact with the ambassadors.
  5. Managers who choose to connect with a M2M Ambassador should expect to have an initial set of two (2) private, confidential meetings that could last between 30 to 60 minutes. These meetings may take place in person, by phone, through Lync, and/or by email, during work hours.

Please Note: The M2M Network is being piloted with a limited number of Ambassadors during the 2018-2019 Fiscal Year. For any questions, comments or feedback, please do not hesitate to send an email to: nc-hr-rh-m2m-gag-gd@hrdc-drhc.net. Thank you.
