Mental Health Resources

Taking care of our mental health should be a necessary practice and an integral part of self-care. Many studies inform when employees are well they are happier, more productive and employee retention improves.
Let us further this conversation and promote awareness of mental illness, when to seek help, and de-stigmatize mental illness in our community. Black Engagement and Advancement Team in partnership with our mental health resource partners at EDSC, are working to implement a more equitable and inclusive lens to our mental health services.  If you have any recommendations or would like to share your experiences please contact our team at edsc.dgsrh.sre.epen-beat.ws.hrsb.esdc@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca
