ESDC Reservation System

The National Real Property Management team of the Chief Financial Officer Branch is launching an ESDC Reservation System, a workstation booking tool which has been developed to support a healthy and safe return to the workplace.
The ESDC Reservation System will support employees working in the physical workplace by:
- Limiting occupancy to pre-determined safe capacity levels
- Ensuring only workstations that respect physical distancing can be reserved
- Ensuring only one person can reserve a workstation per day
Access to ESDC workplaces continues to be restricted to employees providing critical services, who are not able to work remotely and have approval to enter the physical workplace.
Employees are only permitted to book within their designated work location with permission from their manager. Locations may only begin using the ESDC Reservation System once they have been notified to do so.
The initial release will allow only workstations to be booked. In some instances, the system may permit booking of enclosed spaces that are not currently available through the Outlook Boardroom Booking Tool. Functionality for booking boardrooms and meeting rooms and with a mobile device application will follow later. COVID-19 Employee Active Screening Tool
Before you can access the workplace to carry out your work, you must complete a questionnaire with the screening tool.
Go to the ESDC Covid-19 Employee Active Screening Tool to complete it. This screen tool may also be accessed through the myESDC app.
