Ask Coco!

Dear Coco,

As a manager, I see the ongoing pandemic and other factors taking a toll on some of my employees and at times, my own well-being. Given that Mental Health Week is around the corner, I would like to host a discussion with my team and share some tools and resources that may be helpful for all of us. Do you have any recommendations?
