Upon confirmation of the employee being entered into myEMS (PeopleSoft) the employee’s manager is required to complete the myEMS (PeopleSoft) Person Information Update Form (HRB5053) (PDF, 1.33KB) (opens new window) and submit to their Designated Authority (XLSX, 108 KB) in order to have the following fields populated within myEMS (PeopleSoft), Outlook and GEDS.
