Network/LAN access for employees new to ESDC can only be requested once the Letter of Offer has been signed.

Once you’ve received the notification from the HRSC complete and submit a “New Employee Joining the Department” request via the Access Management Portal.

To re-activate a dormant account, or to make changes to an existing accounts access, submit a “Return from extended leave” or “Joining your reporting RC/Team” requests on the Access Management Portal.

For Mainframe Application Access Request to Create, Modify, Suspend, Cancel or Reinstate a user code, submit requests by completing the Application Access category on the Access Management Portal.
