ESDC Code of Conduct
The ESDC Code of Conduct was updated in February 2020. The Code has five core values, each with expected behaviours. We wish to remind you that a condition of working at ESDC is that all employees of ESDC, Labour program, and Service Canada, regardless of level or position, must agree to follow the letter and the spirit of the Code.
To assist everyone to better understand the Code, the Office of Values and Ethics has created an abridged version of the Code entitled "Code in a Nutshell" as a quick reference guide.
In addition, new infographics on the five values and the changes to the Code are available below, and podcasts and videos will be published in the coming months.
If there is any conflict between any of the materials (e.g. tools, Qs&As, etc.) found on the Values and Ethics Intranet site or the ESDC Code of Conduct Intranet site and the ESDC Code of Conduct (Code), the Code will prevail.
