  1. Contain the situation! Make sure that no one is in danger, and if so, provide the necessary help. If the situation requires emergency services intervention, immediately call 9-1-1
  2. Inform your manager after identifying the type of security incident
  3. Your manager will complete the new Security Incident Report Webform

  3. Your manager will complete the Hazardous Occurrence Investigation Report, and if required, will complete the Worker’s Compensation Forms
