IT Security Essentials
Register for IT Security Essentials eLearning. The objective of this one-hour course is to provide you with the tools and knowledge to manage e-information and IT assets in a secure manner.

Throughout the courses you will be led through real-life scenarios of what you may face in the workplace. Interactive and engaging exercises are sure to grab your attention and will make it easy for you to complete the final test with a pass mark of 70%.
You can complete this e-learning course at your desk. Hang the “eLearner At Work” Sign (PDF, 71 KB) at your workstation to let your colleagues know you’re busy.
NCR employees are welcome to use a workstation at the new Learning Centre (located just past the Commissionaire’s Desk on the first floor of Place du Portage, Phase IV) to complete your e-learning without distraction. An appointment is recommended to ensure there is a space available for you. Visit the National Capital Region Learning Centre to make a reservation.
Complete a Learning Report (HRB2791) following any Security Awareness learning event,
(self-study, course, presentation, etc.).
