How do I register for a myKEY?
- To register for a myKEY you must connect through the Online Registration and Credential Administration (ORCA) site.
- Follow the registration instructions under "myKEY Sign Up".
- You will receive an email with further instructions to use your myKEY.
How do I reset my myKEY password?
- Go to Online Registration and Credential Administration (ORCA) site.
- From the menu on the right, select "Lost or Forgotten Password?".
- Fill out the fields to complete the process and reset your password.
I cannot find the myKEY folder or my myKEY
Every myKEY folder is saved in the F: drive and named as such: F:\maCLÉ-myKEY.
When you open the folder, your myKEY <FirstNameLastName.epf> file should be there.You can use this myKEY to:
- Access the Phoenix Pay System (PWGSCcompensation website)
- Access the Public Service Performance Management Application (PSPM App)
- Log in to Entrust
If you still cannot locate your myKEY, you will need to use the Lost myKEY? assistance through the ORCA (Online Registration and Credential Administration) service.
What do I do if, after I try to login into myKEY, I receive a "Java Not Enabled" message?
After trying to login into myKEY, you receive a "Java not enabled" message
- Open Internet Explorer.
- From the Tools menu, ensure that there is no checkmark beside ActiveX Filtering.
- If there is a checkmark, click to uncheck.
- Refresh the webpage (use the Refresh button or press F5).
