Accessing OICM services is easy!
- Contact the OICM by telephone or email. All discussions are confidential.
- The OICM will designate an informal conflict management (ICM) practitioner who will contact you by email to make an appointment.
- The initial consultation will be held at a time and place of your choosing. With the help of the practitioner, you will explore the options available to you and select the one that best suits your needs.

Consultation: | Discuss a work situation in which you are directly or indirectly involved and explore options to manage it. | |

Facilitated conversation: | Discuss with the other party in an attempt to understand each other's point of view and generate solutions. | |

Group Conflict Intervention: | Identify the issues causing conflict(s) and explore or resolving them within your group in order to increase its efficiency. | |
Presentations: | We make ourselves available to teams and management committees to present our services and conflict resolution related subjects. | |
