In this challenging year (to put it mildly!), we are once again celebrating Conflict Resolution Week at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) from October 18th to October 22nd. In support of this enriching week, our team has planned many exciting activities.

Bonus! Did you know that the Office of Informal Conflict Management (OICM) will soon be changing its name to more accurately reflect our mandate of improving daily communications and preventing conflict in the workplace? We offer so much more like coaching, workshops and training so be sure to spread the word!

Activities

To get started, have fun with this Choice Board Bingo by practicing some valuable approaches to communication, coaching and conflict management. Just one technique per day will make you more comfortable and confident with conflict.
