Manual Materials Handling

Description

Employees will develop the knowledge needed to prevent injuries related to Manual Materials Handling. This course will allow the learner to take a proactive, preventive approach to: 1. Recognizing hazards arising from Manual Materials Handling tasks such as lifting, carrying and pushing a load; and 2. Adopting workplace solutions and safe work practices which prevent fatigue and injuries.
