WellFIT Centre

The ESDC WellFIT is a membership based employee fitness centre which delivers a wide range of health and fitness services to the National Capital Region (NCR) employees of Employment and Social Development Canada in the Place du Portage Phase IV Complex in Gatineau (Quebec). Members can also have access to the LifeFIT Centre, at the RA, located in Ottawa.

Members who choose to join the WellFIT Centre receive the following services:

• Group fitness and wellness classes
• Excellent mix of cardio & strength machines
• Free weights area & stability balls
• Free fitness consultation
• Shower & locker room facilities
• On site fitness professionals
