The Workforce and Workplace Analytics team leads the development of timely and relevant workforce data analytics including the very popular Workforce Demographic Profiles (WDP) for ESDC. The various analytics reports are designed to provide management with statistical workforce information related the workplace trends. They enable evidence-based decisions and help develop HR Planning strategies.

Workforce Demographic Profiles
The Workforce Demographic Profiles (WDP) are available to everyone at the departmental, portfolio, branch and directorate levels. The information displayed in the WDP is designed to provide summary statistics on employee demographic data. This snap shot is produced quarterly to ensure trends are being monitored at regular intervals.

Please note that the current methodology for the production of demographic profiles prevents us from providing them with accessible formatting (e.g. -alternative text descriptions) for all demographic profiles (more than a hundred). However, in order to improve the accessibility of our products. We can provide you with an accessible version including alternative texts upon request. In partnership with key stakeholders, we are actively exploring alternative means of production for future profiles to meet accessibility requirements.
