Executive Leadership Development Programs
ESDC Mandatory Training Curriculum
External Leadership Development Programs (ELDP):
At ESDC, a two-tiered approach is implemented to ensure strategic focus on key external leadership programs while allowing branches/regions to exercise their discretion/flexibility for other available leadership program options, based on individual executive development needs:
Tier I programs
Tier I programs require an internal nomination process (typically through ESDC-WMC, twice per year – Fall and Winter).

(Important) - Completed learning activities:
Once any learning activity is completed, executives will need to update their participation information in SABA. They are also encouraged to update the “Personal Information” tab in the Executive Talent Management System with the completed External Leadership Development Programs. The information automatically updates their profile, and helps to inform strategic executive talent management
