Training and Client Engagement Sessions

The ESDC Procurement Team (IAPM, CFOB) provides training and engagement opportunities to you and your organization.

To arrange for a specific overview of our organization, roles and responsibilities and some additional useful information, please contact the departmental procurement mailbox. This general presentation (PPT, 700 KB)  may also be helpful.

To arrange a client engagement discussion about specific transactions, contact the departmental procurement mailbox or ask the procurement specialist assigned to the particular transaction to schedule a meeting.

We will plan and deliver other courses for our various client groups as and when more learning needs are identified.

Free Training

Free training is now available via ILM/Saba. Look for these courses:

• Procurement 101
• Acquisition Card
• Procurement 201: Statements of work
• Procurement 202: Managing contracts

To register:

• Visit the ILMS/Saba
• Log in
• Click the magnifying glass (in the top right-hand corner)
• In the search dialogue box, type the name of the course
• Click “Search”
• Click the course title (which is a link)
• Click “Add to Plan”

Next, to launch the course:

• Go to the ILMS/Saba home page
• Under “My Learning” click the course title
• Click “Launch”
