National Fleet Management
The Department’s National fleet is managed within CFOB by National Fleet Management (NFM); Regional Fleet Managers (RFMs) and Local Fleet Administrators (LFAs). In accordance with the national fleet roles and responsibilities identified in the National Fleet Procedures and Guidelines including Step by Step Process for Light-Duty Vehicles , NFR is responsible for the annual planning, funding and purchasing of vehicles; Regional Fleet Managers manage fleet operations for the lifecycle of each vehicle in their region; and Local Fleet Administrators ensure that the daily operations of the vehicles in their control are in accordance with Departmental policies and procedures.
