Leaving the Department

The Off Boarding (Separation Clearance) process should be triggered as soon as it is determined that a consultant/contractor will be leaving the department on a permanent basis.

The Off Boarding process is complex and requires different steps to be completed based on the separation type.

The 3 steps required in order to process the separation clearance for a consultant / contrator departure are:

Step 1 - Initiate the Off Boarding (Separation Clearance) Process
Step 2 – Complete and submit IT Related Action Requests Using AMP and NSD
Step 3 - Complete and submit the Separation Clearance (Checklist)
