Self-Identification Questionnaire – Workforce survey

Our Department is committed to diversity and inclusion and to achieving equitable participation by eliminating any disadvantage in employment experienced by designated group employees: women, Aboriginal peoples, persons with a disability and members of a visible minority.

The Workforce Survey will help create an accurate picture of the composition of our workforce and pinpoint where we need to eliminate barriers which limit or exclude designated groups from opportunities which should be open to all employees.

By completing it, even if you are not part of a designated group, you help the organization to ensure social equity for all employees and to have a clear picture of the composition of its workforce. However, you remain free to make a statement or not.

According to the Canadian Human Rights Commission, at least 80% participation in the workforce survey is required to ensure diversity and inclusion statistical analysis accuracy.
