Emergency Response Management System - Guided Self-Registration

Managers can use the script below to deliver self-registration instructions over the phone to employees who cannot be reached by email.

ESDC is launching a new Emergency Response Management (ERMS) tool to provide emergency communications to employees. Using this tool, ESDC will be able to contact you on the device of your choice: text, email and voice.

ERMS is in use across a number of federal departments and agencies and meets security and privacy requirements within the Government of Canada.

To register to receive these emergency alerts, please go to the website and fill out the mandatory fields.

To access your user profile following registration, please go to the ESDC website and login using your newly created account at: www.ERMSAdvantage.com/login/esdc

Users have the ability to suspend service or deactivate their account at any time.
