Microsoft Outlook has a clean-up tool that can help you purge redundant emails and quickly get you space back in your mailbox.
5 Steps to clean your Outlook
Step 1
Select the folder that contains the email threads that you want to delete. (e.g., your inbox)
Step 2
Select the Home tab at the top of Outlook.
In the Delete box, select Clean Up.
Step 3
Select Clean-up folder and subfolders to delete all conversations in your selected folder.
Step 4
A new dialogue box may appear.
If so, select the Clean-up folder.
Step 5
Limit the timeframe you keep "just-in-case" emails.
