ESDC Staffing Direction

ESDC’s staffing direction enables managers, in partnership with the Human Resources Services Branch, to make principles-based staffing decisions in building ESDC’s workforce of tomorrow.

In exercising their accountabilities, ESDC managers are supported by several frameworks to make staffing decisions that best enable the achievement of desired business and workforce outcomes.
