At ESDC, we take performance management seriously, and want to be open and transparent with all of our employees. To support this, we are sharing the FY 2018-2019 performance management year-end ratings distributions for ESDC Executives and Non-Executives.
It is important to remember that beyond the requirement to establish work objectives and assess performance, a key aspect of performance management remains open, honest, and ongoing dialogue throughout the year between managers and employees that includes constructive feedback. This is critical to both continued individual growth and development and organizational success.
