As an employee, you have three basic rights under the Canada Labour Code, Part II:

1. The Right to Know about known and foreseeable workplace hazards and to receive information, instruction, training and supervision to protect your health and safety.

2. The Right to Participate in identifying and correcting occupational health and safety concerns.

3. The Right to Refuse Dangerous Work.
