Frequent use of computers, whether at work or at home, is common nowadays. But prolonged use of a computer can cause eye fatigue and create strain on various parts of your body. To prevent fatigue and injuries, it is important to follow some ergonomic principles.

The advice in this guide refers to the majority of individuals, which means that it may be better for some than others.
