The Departmental OHS Policy outlines the department’s commitment to promote a healthy and safe workplace for all employees; prevent occupational injuries, incidents and illnesses; and prevent violence in the workplace, in accordance with the Canada Labour Code, Part II, its regulations and the TBS/NJC OHS Directive.
