Brief Description of Life Experience:

On July 1, it will be 10 years since I left an unhealthy home situation. My ex-spouse took one of my children and moved to a different province, it took me two+ months to get my child back. I had some great support systems, my family, friends and co-workers. I hit rock bottom, but I knew I could not fall any further and there was a light at the top of the cliff. Now I am so proud of who I am and how my children are today, the changes in the 10 years is unimaginable.

I have lived with family members who suffer from Mental Health issues such as panic attacks, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts. I am willing and open to listening.
