Brief Description of Life Experience:

In another life, I was a dispatcher for emergency calls for the Sûreté du Québec, which was similar to working for 911. Drama, crises, people in difficulty, suicide and crime were a part of my daily life. It was from working there that I realized that nothing is trivial and that everything can be knocked off balance. Everyone filters things differently, regardless of what they experience and regardless of their inner strength…we are all fragile…including me!
