Brief Description of Life Experience related to Mental Health:

For most of my adult life, I have supported myself and my loved ones while we struggled with mental, physical and spiritual challenges such as post-traumatic stress disorder, depression and anxiety, addiction, chronic illness, narcissistic abuse and divorce recovery. As a grateful member of the Peer Support Program, I wish to pay forward the generosity of mental health professionals, family and peers who have helped me on my daily journey towards greater serenity. I value honest communication, authenticity, problem solving and confronting conflict directly. If this sounds like a good fit for you, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
