Brief Description of Life Experience:
I am a single mother and understand very well what this kind of life entails. I had a very difficult time in 2016 and this experience enabled me to better understand the importance of taking care of our mental health. I thought I was invincible and overnight, everything changed. I had help from my friends and now, it’s my turn to help others.
