Brief Description of Life Experience:

I developed depression and other health issues due to experiencing life event traumas being experienced closely together (Cancer, spousal abuse and separation/divorce). I have healed through time, supportive colleagues, sought help from EAP and private counselling and enjoy supporting others with similar issues.

As a person with a Learning Disability and health issues, I use my experiences to assist colleagues who have workplace challenges.
