Brief Description of Life Experience related to Mental Health:

I have personally experienced grief, loss, depression and living with chronic illness. I have worked with ESDC for 9 years, prior to this I had worked in Emergency Departments as a Registered Nurse for 17 years. In this capacity I have assisted others dealing with depression, anxiety, suicide, substance abuse and other mental health issues. I am involved in Pain BC and am a Positive Space Ambassador.
