Brief Description of Life Experience related to Mental Health:

I’ve had food-related issues (obesity) and I tried to use various methods including bariatric surgery, fasting, and diets. In terms of mental health, I struggle with anxiety and I’ve been on medication for 10 years. I suffered after the sudden death of my father when I was a teenager and after the suicide of someone close to me. Despite everything, I’ve continued my quest and my search for well-being, and I believe in humanity and our capacity for resilience.

As Jacques Salomé said, “Talk to me, I have something to tell you.”
