Brief Description of Life Experience related to Mental Health:

I have worked as a Team Leader for Service Canada for the last 10 years. In my family I have experienced some mental health challenges. Close relatives of mine have been suffering from depression and schizophrenia for several years. I am a very compassionate and caring person and I believe that my family experience has made me a good listener and given me the desire to help others. I think the biggest challenge is the stigma associated with mental illness and since I have experienced this in my family firsthand I am very open and non-judgemental. I would be available to listen to your challenge and help you on your path.
