Brief Description of Life Experience related to Mental Health:

We have a history of depression/anxiety in both my husband’s and my family and both have lived with these issues ourselves. I come from a divorced family where both parents remarried so I have step sisters and a half-sister. I have a son with Crohn’s and lost my Mom to COPD. A close relative has Parkinson’s with Lewybody dementia. My family, the people in my life, are my greatest treasures including my 10 grandchildren.
