Brief Description of Life Experience related to Mental Health:

I have had the opportunity to help a number of friends and family face daily challenges arising from both mental health and addiction issues. A single mother since my youngest was two years old, I know about the real challenge of achieving a work-life balance and worrying about maintaining my career prospects. Now with kids who are young adults, I fully understand the challenges of raising a family at all stages. I’m a great listener and can provide a truly safe space for you.
